Your one-time flat fee covers the preparation of all the forms necessary to complete your case (USCIS application fee paid separately). You won’t have any surprise charges, but will know the entire cost from the beginning of your case. If you are not a U.S. citizen, you may need permission to return to the United States after traveling abroad. This permission is granted through a travel document. Travel documents are also given to people who want to travel, but cannot get a passport from their country of nationality. The travel document application is also used in other scenarios for people requesting advance parole to leave the U.S. and return.
